Salon Culver is the newest addition to our Green Hall Mall. This area of the Culver/Atlantic business community humbly began in 2004 with the original location of Sticky Lips BBQ. Located in the heart of Rochester’s East Side, close to 490 East and 590 North, just at the edge of the Park Ave / University Ave neighborhood, with plenty of free parking for your clients.
